Last year Brooke Carroll and I brought our combined experiences of Assistant Head of Lower School, Member of Senior Administration, Middle School Head, Head of School, Director of Student Support, a counselor for all ages and supervising faculty and staff at all levels to a management skills program for New and Emerging School Leaders".
Due to the immensely positive feedback, we are launching the program again with updates including webinar sessions. We believe by understanding how and why people act in systems and learning practical management strategies, leaders will be more effective and will feel confident working with and supervising others. This professional development course will facilitate growth in educational leader’s skills and abilities in managing their work, the people they supervise, and themselves.
